New Wiki subdomains

My new WIKI located at wiki.waltercedric.com is now open, I am still migrating old pages of REFLEX-XTR from the old instance. #Joomla page are already there.

What’s new:

• WikiMedia 1.6.3
• Captcha extension enable (horrible but It will for sure block some bots)
