Garbage police: Illegal disposal isn’t fair!

As seen today in front of my apartment in Zürich: Kontrolldienst – Schwarz entsorgen ist nicht fair.

This police in Switzerland dig through bags of garbage for improperly disposed items (recyclables/hazardous materials) and for something with your name and address on it so they could send you a fine.

I really love living in Zürich but I can not imagine the same happening in France
