What you shoud do

• Avoid the java view, try to stay in the java browsing perspective and switch on the outline/hierarchy view
• Since the workspace is nothing more than a directory on disk, with some addtionnal files (at least CVS meta informations), do not underestimate the fact that you data are fragmenting at a speed never seen before! defrag each day during the night or use a better filesysteem (only possible if you are not under windows)
