- Il y a délit de chauffard lorsque la vitesse prescrite est dépassée de :
• 40 km/h dans une zone 30
• 50 km/h en localité (50 km/h)
• 60 km/h hors des localités (80 km/h)
• 80 km/h sur les autoroutes (120 km/h)
En cas de délit de chauffard, le permis de conduire est retiré pour au moins deux ans. Il est retiré définitivement pour les récidivistes. Une restitution exceptionnelle après 10 ans n’est possible que si une expertise psychologique favorable a été délivrée. Par ailleurs, les peines appliquées en cas de délit de chauffard deviennent plus sévères. Désormais, la peine privative de liberté est d’un an au minimum et de 4 ans au maximum.
Confiscation et réalisation de véhicules automobiles
En cas d’infraction grave aux règles de la circulation routière, par exemple un excès de vitesse important, le véhicule peut être confisqué et réalisé, pour autant que cette mesure permette d’empêcher le contrevenant de commettre d’autres délits.

Grosses Volksfest mit Airshow
In der Zeit um 1937 haben Luftfahrtpioniere den Beginn einer beispiellosen Entwicklung des Flugplatzes Birrfeld eingeläutet. 75 Jahre danach lässt der Regionalverband Aargau des Aero-Club der Schweiz mit dem Jubiläumsanlass «Pistenfest 2012» jene Pionierzeit neu aufleben. Eine grosse Airshow am Samstag und ein Familien-Erlebnistag der besonderen Art stehen im Zentrum des Jubiläumswochenendes.

In the period around 1937 aviation pioneers have heralded the start of an unprecedented development of the airfield Birrfeld. 75 years later, the Regional Association of Aargau Aero-Club of Switzerland with the anniversary event, "Pistenfest 2012» revive those pioneer times. A large Airshow on Saturday and a family adventure of a special kind as high point of this anniversary weekend.

I have to do some dental work done, and this is how I came across the following outrageous prizes in Switzerland:

Never Never buy any medicament in Switzerland, go to France/ Germany by Car, offer you a restaurant and a day abroad and it will be still cheaper!
For the skeptical out there I have all bills and boxes to prove this!

I have done one last Saturday…for 22.90€ in France
An Orthopantomogram (OPG) or Dental Panoramic Radiograph (DPR), also known as a "panorex", is a panoramic scanning dental X-ray of the upper and lower jaw.
