 | I was also this year at the Swiss-Moto show 2007 and I take some pictures... Billion of horsepower that we can (and should not) use on open road...what a shame! I was sitting on maybe one of my next motorcycle, in no particular order: Honda CBR1000, Suzuki GSXR 1000 (horrible exhaust), Yamaha R1, Kawasaki Ninja Zx-10R The Ducati 1098 being too expensive for what it has to offer (27000 and 32 000 CHF). Asimo (Honda robotic flagship) was also this year replacing Luthi, unfortunetaly Asimo was not speaking swiss german... RDV in the gallery HERE to see them all and some others.... |

Some insane figures...
48inch 3840 x 1200 pixels wide desktop
This is since yesterday my new working place at www.innoveo.com I've get rid of my old dell 21'' for two new 24'' Samsung SyncMaster 245B in 1920*1200 pixels. The 2 monitors are connected through a docking station (VGA D-SUB and DVI), the image is a lot clearer on the DVI cable.
Connections are somehow limited to DVI and VGA, but the price value of these monitor babies is more than interesting: 360 euro each!
The graphic card is a NVIDIA GEFORCE QUADRO FX 1500 (512MB RAM) and thanks to the Nvidia control panel very easy to setup
Characteristics: 1,920 x 1,200 5ms 400cd/m2 brightness 1,000:1 contrast ratio DVI HDCP, VGA 3yr warranty 555 x 250 x 455-555mm 8.4kg

 | I was today at Art On Ice 2006 (Last days) thanks to a friends that got a ticket too much (Thanks Lorenz ;-) ) t was a great pleasure to be there, see all those beautiful women on ice and Lisa Stansfield singing its greatest hits in the background... Ive made some picture with my old camera DSC707, not bad for a 1997 digital camera...more than time to buy a new one... |
